Historic Sites
The Church History Department maintains a network of 30 Historic Sites across North America that tell the history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from its earliest beginnings up to the late 19th century. There are currently about 30 full-time employees who support these sites, including administrative staff, curators, registrars, and educators. In addition, over 1,000 full-time missionaries and other volunteers are the front line for tours, education, programming, and guest services.
