Biographical sketch of Jesse Tilton Moses, Jr, circa 1930 (MS 13104)
Jesse Jr. Recounts his life story, including his family and him moving to Mesa, Arizona when he was only three years old. He discusses his marriage to Lavina Harper in the Salt Lake Temple. He also shares the account of a gate post that fell and struck him in the head, leaving him unconscious for 60 hours from a major concussion.
Biographical sketch of Jesse Tilton Moses, Sr, circa 1930 (13102)
This sketch documents his move from Iowa to Utah when he was 13 years old. It shares details about the jobs he held, including fishing, ranch work, and mercantile work. It also records his marriage to Phoebe Arabell Woodruff in the Endowment House in June 1875, and then his family’s move to Mesa, Arizona.

Moses’ life story in which she recounts experiences, such as recovering from the measles when she was only three years old, receiving her patriarchal blessing when she was eight years old, and marrying Jesse Tilton Moses Jr. in the Salt Lake Temple in 1903.
Giuseppe E. Toronto mission documents, 1849–1852 (MS 31683)
Two documents relating to Toronto’s service in the Italian Mission from 1850 to 1852. These documents consist of his passport used while traveling to and within Italy and his minister’s certificate which contains the signatures of Brigham Young, Heber C. Kimball, and Willard Richards, dated 6 October 1849.
Robert H. Sorensen mission journal, 1911–1914 (MS 22824)
Sorensen’s journal contains a record of his service in the Copenhagen Conference, Danish-Norwegian Mission, working in Soborg and Buttinge. It also includes an account of his visit to Germany and baptismal records for Vilhelm and Alfrida Szybrovsky.
